Sales order management

A quote the customer accepts becomes a sales order. The sales order becomes a production order and is released to production. The sales order contains all the information needed to manage the order throughout its fulfillment.
Order management information is visible in the system, and it can also be seen by the person responsible and by staff assigned according to their roles or tasks. Raw materials in the warehouse are planned and reserved based on the sales order created, and once it is confirmed they are handed over to production.

For tracking sales orders, the system is designed to make it easier to find the documents you need, all the order information and its progress. The system works in real time, so changes to the order, changes in production status and work done by the assigned staff are visible straight away.
