Customer quote management

A quote to a customer starts the history of communication with that customer. Creating a quote is fairly complex work, so templates have been made to save time. Customer quotes contain all the general information (who the quote is for, its validity date, version, etc.) and information on the products offered. Once a quote is created in the system, you can send it directly to the customer, receive the reply and, if everything is fine, conclude the contract straight away. The system also gives an advantage to regular customers and repeat quotes: you can skip forming the order and the quote and go straight to production.
The customer quote management module ensures information is passed on correctly in real time in the Terra ERP production management system. When forming a quote, the necessary information is described according to the customer's request.
