Reminder management

Reminders can be used in any situation where work or an action has to be done on time according to a pre-agreed algorithm. For two-way text messaging (sending and receiving text messages (SMS) in Terra ERP) with the reminders used in the Terra ERP production management system, a mobile device and a contract with a mobile operator are needed. Reminders can also be sent as emails directly from the system.

The reminder management module helps make sure information is passed on about the relevant orders, document validity, payments and credits. Users can set these reminders themselves – when and to whom to send them – and the reminders are sent directly from the system to the relevant contacts in the specified way. Users can send reminders manually or set them to be automatic.

The Terra ERP production management system helps inform the customer faster and more simply by sending a text message or email directly from the system with automatic reminders. Reminders can be sent not only to customers about their invoices, payments and credits but also within the company to remind staff of their tasks.
