Purchase order management

The purchase order management module in the Terra ERP production management system is designed for sending orders to suppliers. In the system you can create item lists, based on which a request is sent to the supplier and information on the possible supply of raw materials for production is received. Price lists are also set up, which let you monitor supplier prices and plan supply.

Purchase orders are an important part of the operating process in a manufacturing company, because the fulfillment of customer orders depends on the delivery of raw materials; Theory of Constraints (TOC) solutions are used for this. The purchase order module helps manage supply and the flows of purchased raw materials, and the system automatically selects suitable suppliers based on the required parameters. Purchase orders are formed according to the orders received and the raw material stock in the warehouse. Purchasing can be automated even further if the Terra ERP production management system can be integrated with the systems used by regular suppliers.
